Hello! I'm Jennifer Crane, founder of Age With Dignity! I am a Gerontologist & Certified Dementia Practitioner.® I provide one-time and ongoing consultation services for older adults, their family members and individuals who care for older adults, whether they have general questions or need more detailed guidance. My purpose is to connect my clients with the right resources for their unique aging needs.
